I've recently gotten into blogging and it's a lot of fun! So I thought I'd start another blog that could be of some interest to others.
I've recently joined a gym and want to do a total 180 with my health and body.
I used to work out occasionally when I was in high school, but that was a few years ago. I wasn't exactly in the best shape then, but I was a whole lot better than now.
For an idea of how I'm doing, right now I'm about 220 lb and have no endurance. Jogging for even a quarter mile would probably kill me. That's pretty sad isn't it? Yes, it is.
So my goal is to be in much better shape before I'm 21 (this June). You'll be able to follow my progress on this blog.
I'll probably throw in facts and other stuff as I go along as I learn. So you'll get some value out of this too!
So starting Monday I'll be trying to work out regularly and get used to not living on fast food.
